Our cookery is based on natural products! In February you can taste the "Schiacciata alla Fiorentina", which is typical of this period. Or in April you may taste the delicious "Crostata with cottage cheese"!

So that we use meat and vegetables when it is the best period and their quality is the best. Our best dishes are pasta hand-made, grilled meat, meat in the hoven and the cakes.

We organize cookery lesson (with/without gluten) which you may find in Events.
