WE COOK WITHOUT GLUTEN, TOO!

As we are very interested in the usage of ingredients belonging to the tuscany traditional cookery, we have find out very easy the approach to the cookery without gluten: we use all kind of cereals, which are tastefull and good for the health.

The 2nd Saturday and the 3rd Sunday of the month we cook without gluten different recipes. If requested we organize lunch or dinner without gluten. However we need a booking within 48 hours before because we prepare bread, pasta and cakes and it needs more time than with the ingredients with gluten.

Our agriturism is monitored by A.I.C. (Italian Celiac Association), and we are present in the guide of "The Eating Out Project" published by A.I.C..
The participation to many courses (since 2005), among which the first one organized by the Local Health Unit of Pistoia, Prato e Firenze (in Dicember 2006), let us became a member of the chain of this project. We are informed about celiac disease and allowed to serve gluten-free menu, for yours and ours tranquillity.

We organize specific events about gluten-free cookery, during which we can prepare, together, bread and cakes.
